Yet Another Major Rework


Hi. Just thought I'd post an update, since I haven't in a while.

Even though WorldShaper seemed to really take shape (pun intended), there have been a few critical bugs that have been really difficult to pin down. I have yet again come upon an impass.

The complexity of having many chunks, each with multiple LOD-versions for all the image maps as well as the terrain meshes has proven to be extremely difficult to debug in this current iteration. I am forced to do some major rework again.

This time, I have decided to leverage GdUnit, a Unit Testing framework for godot which seems very promising. This will allow me to really make sure everything is doing what I think it's doing and will hopefully make it easier to debug.
